Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Bloxxy desktop app and the bloxxy.org website, provided by Bloxxy ("we"). By installing or using Bloxxy you agree to them.
The beta
Bloxxy is currently a free beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the beta may end at any time. We may introduce paid plans later; using the beta does not oblige you to buy anything, and paid plans will have their own terms.
Licence
Bloxxy is proprietary software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it during the beta. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it, and you may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction. All rights not granted here are reserved.
AI tools and your accounts
Bloxxy starts AI tools that you install yourself (such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI) and that use your own accounts. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and for any usage limits or charges on your accounts. Bloxxy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
Your projects
Your projects stay yours. AI agents can create, change and delete files in the folders you open in Bloxxy. Keep backups and review changes before you publish anything; Bloxxy helps by giving each agent its own git worktree, but you remain responsible for what you ship.
No warranty
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of Bloxxy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using Bloxxy and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Monaco and France. Contact: bloxxy@bloxxy.org.
