What we do not collect

Bloxxy runs AI tools (such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI) on your computer with your own accounts. Your projects, files, prompts and the AI tools' output stay on your computer and with the providers you chose. Bloxxy does not send them to us. Your accounts with those providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

Who receives the data

The data is stored on servers of our hosting provider, [Hostinger International Ltd.], acting on our behalf. If we later use an email service to send messages, it will process your email address on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up while you use the beta and for up to [12] months after the beta ends, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If you withdraw consent to launch emails, we stop sending them straight away.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time (in the app under Settings, through the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell beta users before the change applies.
